Smart Solutions Breakfast Series – Connecting your People to your Customers

Microsoft Canada (Enterprise Financial Services Division)

The Enterprise Financial Services division of Microsoft wanted to build on the previous success of the Smart Solutions Breakfast Series. These sessions were designed to drive new relationships and generate revenue through the financial services vertical. The target audience was senior business decision-makers from some of the largest organizations in Canada including RBC, BMO, TSX and Great West Life.

The Smart Solutions Breakfast Series is a series of events designed for senior-level executives bringing innovative solutions and insights to the financial services industry. The Canadian Insurance Value Chain event (April 8th) and the Canadian Advisor Platform event (May 7th) are both part of this series. Senior level executives were invited to an exclusive event numbering 20 - 25 attendees. Knowing the challenges these industries are facing, the topic was built around leveraging what they already have in order to increase connection with customers without increasing cost. Guest tickets for senior level decision-makers were included to increase the level of attendance.

Kaleidoscope managed all logistics of the event including setting the ‘theme’ of the event, building the senior level database, developing personalized communications, working with presenters to ensure a relevant message, and RSVPs calls.

Delivered a robust database of senior decision makers with the interest in knowing more and attending these specialized events. The target number and quality of attendees was met, with 50% of guests having had no previous relationship with Microsoft. Conversations and pilot plans are currently in discussion

NOTE: Kaleidoscope is a Microsoft-accredited agency.
